How to upload software on a blog?

You can't upload software to a blog. But you can post a link. To know why, you have to understand what a blog is. it is just a page of text with style sheets, and links. If you would like to offer others to download some programs that are already online, you may add a link. If you would like to post your own software, you would have to find a server that would host your file, and then add a link to that file.
